Simon is a fantastic driving instructor. After many years of putting off learning to drive, Simon put me at ease with learning. Not only is he a great instructor but also makes the lessons fun and interesting and puts all your nerves at ease.

Simon is a great instructor. He puts a lot of effort into moulding lessons to your particular learning style. If there is something you don’t get straight away then he comes up with new inventive ways to make sure you get a better grasp of it. When coming up against a query that he hasn’t met before, he has a wide pool of instructor peers that he’s ready to contact in order to give you the best advice he can.

Simon is very flexible and prioritizes those going to test, so will do what he can to arrange last minute sessions if you feel like you have things to work on before the big day. He’s also ready to back you if he feels you’re ready to go to test and isn’t out to get extra lessons out of you for his own personal gain (something I came across with a previous instructor).

I didn’t pass first time, due to nerves, but it was very much Simon’s coaching that got me through that. He is very understanding and great at making you see things from a different perspective. He is subscribed to materials specifically for those who suffer as nervous drivers and is ready to sign you up at no extra cost.

Simon uses a great app that not only schedules your lessons but that also has a five star system for rating your progress with each skill. This means you can easily check the times/dates for your upcoming lessons/test should you forget and also allows you to keep track of your improvement.

I honestly couldn’t sing Simon’s praises enough. He’s a brilliant instuctor and all round great guy. Great chat alongside all the driving and despite the joy of passing your test you’ll genuinely feel a little sad when you realise you won’t need to book in another lesson.

Absolutely fantastic, Simon was quick to get in touch with me after I paid for my lessons and we organised them in a way that suited my learning style and commitments. Despite the lockdown severely disrupting our plan, Simon was great with offering me resources to continue my learning when lessons weren’t possible and through his clear instruction he improved my confidence, skills and understanding with driving. Strongly recommend his services if you are looking to pass first time and feel comfortable going on to drive by yourself after your test.

Simon was very patient and took his time to show me over and over, I failed my test the first time through my own mistake. Simon relaxed me on the day of my test as I suffered with nerves, I finally passed the 2nd time and was so grateful to Simon for all his hard work.

Very professional would highly recommend to anyone I went with Simon after my last instructor left the industry I’m very pleased to have passed first time with Simon and I’m very happy with how my lessons were and how much Simon taught me.

Simon has now seen both of my sons though their driving tests, he came highly recommended through a colleague, and we have absolutely no regrets in going with him. he is an excellent driving instructor both of my sons said he made them feel at ease, is extremely patient and reassuring, a big plus when son number two took a rear ending during the lesson the day before his test.

Simon has not only got the boys through their tests, he has more importantly developed them both into confident and safe drivers, who are happy to drive any where in all types of traffic, and areas. He took them on all sorts of lessons at all times of the day, not just focused on the test centre routes, as so many other driving instructors do.

I also have to say a massive thank to Simon, he pulled a rabbit out of his hat to accommodate son number two, who being a key worker, was lucky enough to get a short notice test date through when the test centres reopened in August.

If there was ever value for money I would say Simon is it , thank you so much for getting both boys mobile, absolutely no regrets and will most definitely be passing on his details to all my friends and colleagues as and when their kids are ready to start driving . Rebeccah Beck

Contacted Simon about a month before i passed my test (already had a motorbike license). I needed some lessons quickly for a potential job offer and he managed to squeeze me in and give me some long lessons teaching me everything i needed quickly and efficiently. He was even able to squeeze my test in quicker than anyone else i contacted. Brilliant guy, very helpful, great communication, he really went out of his way to get me sorted, cant recommend him more.
